As the visionary leader of Ezzy Group, he spearheads the company’s real estate development and infrastructure division in Dubai while overseeing the largest industrial tools and supplies company in the Middle East. Mr. Shabbir drives strategic expansion, leading the Group into new markets and strengthening its investment and trading footprint across the GCC. He is also actively expanding his oil refinery operations in the UAE, reinforcing the Group’s diversified global presence.

With 28 years of real estate experience, Mr. Khan leads the group’s land acquisition strategy and manages day-to-day construction operations. He specializes in identifying prime locations, conducting due diligence, and negotiating acquisitions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
